Admission Process
Admissions at Navjyoti High School are conducted in a fair and transparent manner, subject to availability of seats and school guidelines.
Pre-Primary to Class IX
Admissions in these classes are generally offered based on seat availability. Admission enquiries may be made directly through the school office.
Admissions usually remain open up to the beginning of the academic session or until seats are filled.
Age Eligibility
- Nursery: 2.6 years +
- LKG: 3.6 years +
- UKG: 4.6 years +
- Class I: 5.6 years + as on 31st March of the academic session sought
Basic Requirement
From Class I onwards, the previous class report card is required at the time of admission.
Registration
The registration form may be collected from the school office or downloaded from the website, if available. The completed form should be submitted along with the following documents:
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Previous class report card
- Residence proof
- Medical fitness certificate
- Copy of relevant identity/family document, if required
Entrance Test
Registered students may be required to appear for an oral or written entrance test, depending on the class. Admission is subject to performance and availability of seats in the respective class.
Admission Notification β Class XI (Sample)
Admissions to Class XI for external candidates may open from April onwards for limited seats in different streams, subject to school policy and seat availability.

Admission Procedure
- Admission forms may be collected from the school reception.
- The completed form should be submitted with required documents and photocopies.
- An entrance test may be conducted for shortlisted candidates, depending on the class.
- Selected candidates may be called for interaction/interview, if required.
- Submission of the admission form and appearing in the entrance test does not guarantee admission.
- The decision of the school authority shall be final and binding.
